I have been painting and producing art for as long as I can remember, and love sharing this with other people.
After having spent 15 years as a professional horse event rider, when I retired from this in 2002 I found myself capturing my colleagues’ horses in their own custom hand-drawn portraits, and loved it. I now enjoy creating portraits for all pets, particularly dogs, cats and, of course, horses.
I qualified as an Art Therapist 10 years ago and realised that I loved working with people with challenges such as disabilities. Helping them to achieve personal development goals and seeing the joy that producing their own artwork makes my day.
I’ve been married for 15 years and have a teenage son. Together we live in semi-rural Western Australia with our menagerie of animals. Louise is a multi, Award Winner Artist.
